United-States Front bumper removal

hey Guys is there a Thread on here how to remaove the front bumper ?? trying to find it without any luck anyone know????

They're out there somewhere!

Try a search for bumper* remov* in the exterior forum only using the advanced search (www.mini2.com/forum/search.php) and you should be able to find them. I'd post search results only they time out after a certain time so might not work when you read this!

It is super easy. Takes less than five minuts. You need 1/4 drive socket wrench, 1/4" 6" drive extension, 8MM socket, 10MM socket, stuby phillops. and a torx/ star socket (not sure of size.
First remove the bolts from the front of the front wheel wells--- this where the extension and 8MM socket is used.

Second on the bottom of the bumper cover you will find the 10MM bolts and a couple of phillop screws to remove. They are in line with each other.

Third remove the two torx screws on top of the bumper cover. The cover should come loose. Simply remove cover and disconect lights and out side temperature probe.
