Cant you just buy the bottom section of a bumper from Mini in chrome? Or is the Aerokit size/ shape different?

My dealer said it's a different size or shape.
He also said he tried to put the chrome from original bumper, but didn't work...
I have a appointement tomorrow with my dealer to fix all front in black like that

But maybe it's better to put all in chrome ?? What do you think

Chrome is possible just akes a bit of work The Lower Aero Grill is about alf an 1/2" to 3/4" thick, where as the Standard Chrome grill is only 1/4". It means it has to be "bolstered" out to fit correctly.

Love the look of the Aero Kit !.... if you dont like the blackness of the Aero kit grill you could always get it colour coded EB....

Can I also ask you a favour, my other half has Aero Skirts but has a problem, can you have a look at yours and see if they are the same ?.

My car is at my Mini dealer... to fix black grill !!
It think it's the best solution.

I will look to the aero skirts of mine and will answer on the other thread for that.

Bmw lend me a new 320td (5000km) during the installation, it's not a bad car at all !!! Beautiful metal black.

if you can get the aero grill on a standard bonnet/bumper, i am sure it can be done the other way round.

It's an EB/W Cooper! BLASPHEMY!

Just tell your dealer to get his in gear and make it happen - I'm sure it'll look excellent
