[Italian Job It]

I'm thinking about changing out the lower grill on my MINI with one from Moss Motors. It's the billette one that says it requires no drilling, and the catalog says the difficulty level is easy, but looking at the car, how the heck do you get in there to change it! The clearance in front of the radiator is not large enough to get your hand down there. Has anyone replaced this grill, and how hard is it? Also, how do you get the old one out, and the new one in. My factory one looks dirty, and won't clean up, so I thought I would change it out, if it was easy enough.
