Offline | You mean the black grille on the car pictured below? Thats part of the aerokit - your BMW/MINI garage spare parts should be able to fix you up with that. Offline | You dont have to buy the whole kit to het the grille. Im pretty sure its all seperately ordered. Like people just getting the sideskirts, or just the rear aero bumper etc. Should be able to order the mesh grille. ![]() Its GOGADGET's car ![]() Cheers, Scotty - Global Moderator - MY BLOG - Global Procrastinator - ![]() ... | Boy who made the wolf cry | I got one - then took it back cause it was too hard to put in on the standard car - you can buy the two grille pieces seperate tot he rest of the kit for a bit over AU$130 - then fit them yourself. I dont know how your works PM_ ? Are you getting the whole aero kit are you? or Just a grille from the factory? It is difficult to put the lower part of the grille in - it requires removing part of the plastic from the aero grille to make it fit... bit of a pain in the ass. This will be interesting to see, as I still wouldnt mind doing this if there was an easier way... Alan doent work at BMW Sydney anymore either I dont think... he now works for OZICOZI ![]() Todd PROJECT POLARIS - Die Wiedergeburt eines kultautos |

Offline | Both grill sections cost me $180 and the BMW parts dept is your place of call The bottom section is a complete #rse to fit and you need access to a dremel or such to do it with - expect to spend a good hour or two cutting away plastic. Your really sectioning the depth of the bottom peice in half or more (theres lots of info on the net on how to do it though.) Worse you can do is bugger up a bottom section which is the cheaper part of the two grills. photos in my gallery. 2003 MCS |
