I've ordered parts from the Miata side of their business in the past with no difficulty. But, recently I ordered a pair of mud flaps for the Mini. Received them promptly but without all the mounting hardware. I've sent them emails and called. In fact the rep on the phone assured me he had the parts on his desk and would get them out the same day.

So far nothing.

Is this normal with the "MINI" side of Moss Motors??

I've ordered several things from Moss Mini's website and haven't experienced any problems...

Finally got through to Moss. Turns out that I need to re-use one of the screws I'll take out in order to mount the mud flaps. Didn't see that in the instructions and it took me several phone calls and one email to find out.

Good products, not so good service (at least today)!
