United-States Mud Flap Install

I've received the front mud flaps from Moss Mini and, after several phone calls and e-mails, am informed that they attach with two pieces of hardware (provided) and one that's re-used from the car.

If you'll look just behind the wheel area, on the bottom of the car, there's a small plastic button holding the bottom molding on. I'll need to remove this, and re-insert it through the bottom of the mud flap.

Question - does anyone know how to get that off without destroying it?

Thanks in advance,

Ned

I think it is either a quarter turn and relase or it is one of those that pulls straight down and then the part can be released....

there's a how-to on the bottom of the folowoing page:

Thanks for the tip and the link. Those are the instructions that came with the mud flaps - notice that there's nothing in writing, just pictures. So, it's really not very clear.

But, I'll forge ahead with it.

Thanks again.
