Hi,

I have the rally lights installed by the dealer and the only way to turn them on is when the high beam is on. I would like to turn the lights on at any time. Does anybody know how to re-wire or modifty to do that?

I think it's illegal to have the lights wired any other way ,the aux lights MUST go out when the low beams are selected

Mini Mania has an aux light wiring kit available for $16.11US. Look under the "Exterior Parts" section down at the bottom of the page. Also check with your local laws regarding aux lights. In some places they have to be on the same circuit as the headlamps/highbeams, in others it's ok to run them separately. Good luck!
