Just got new chrome parts delivered this morning and fitted them straight away.
Chrome pollen vents
Chrome door handle scoops
Chrome aerial base
Chrome rear license plate cover

The car looks even more fabulous!
I got them all from MiniSpeed, very good i would recommend them.

Still waiting on a chrome petrol cap to come from Chrom Design in Germany.

Will post pics very soon!

Got the chrome fuel cap in today, fitted it right away. Looks great! I would recommend this mod to cooper and one drivers, as it is more original than the cooper s fuel cap (everybody has it) and its also cheaper. Will post pics once I clean my mini, it must look good for photos!
Heres a pic it it on another mini

Here, here. I've got one and I like the originality factor, plus I don't feel like too much of an S wannabe, since I've got the S bumpers fitted.

Are these chrome over metal or over ABS? If the latter, how does it look durability-wise? Can you tell the difference from metal just by looking?

I got the decals on ebay. They were very inexpensive, I think the guy lists them for $6.99 for the set plus shipping which was like a dollar. He has a lot of colors available, too. But he is in the US, so I don't know about shipping. Edit: found it! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW
Whovous: I don't know if your questions is for me or exactly what you are asking about, so if you clarify I will gladly respond. Any of you guys can PM me too if need be.

Thanks for the link, I never noticed on your car that the decal has the mini logo as well! Thats so cool! Are yours the silver ones because they look like chrome?
Thanks

Thanks for the kind words on them. I'm not sure if they are "silver". It was probably about a year ago that I bought them. It seems like when I bought them the listing said they were chrome. But when I bought them he did not have multiple colors available, so it may be.

Think you need to put the chrome grill back on it now.

I did the opposite and de-chromed my car.

Nah, I feel I have the right balance of silver, chrome and black. Putting the chrome grill back on would be over the top. I had planned to keep it on at first mind you.

Very nice!
Thinking about coilovers, but can you adjust the ride height from within the car? I heard you have to adjust it from the boot?

lukkin pretty dekked damo!!

hope ur grateful!! lol, mind u ur r an av dun a lot for me so call t quits!! ha ha

cooperchris, you need hydralics or arbags for incar adjustment, most coilovers are fully adjustable but you do it on the top mounts on the front (under the bonnet) and on the sides at the bak (in the arches, requires wheels off), using C spanners. should only take about 30 mins to do.

am on eibachs 2, but its jus not low enuff ne more. KW early nxt yr i fink.

I know its a longshot, but do you know anywhere that sells hydraulics for the Mini?

rayvern hydraulics do an custom airbag kit for the mini, it can be as simple or as sophisticated as you like, they are also one of the countrys leading manufactures in hydraulics kits. i dont no if ther is one specifically for the mini, but they will definately be able to do one for you.
