Do the washers only come on the headlamps with xenon bulbs?
There is a 2003 S that I am looking at and in the pics I can see the washer door but can not read if the headlamp displays the word XENON

This is a picture of the headlamp.

it is optional, headlights can be either xenon or not....you can have washers
also with chilli package it comes together...

In the US, I'm quite certain that the washers are standard only with the Xenons. There is the slim chance that the owner has somehow installed headlight washers on non-Xenons, but the probability of that is pretty small.

Your best bet, of course, would be to ask the owner.

Thanks for all your help. A guy at the local mini dealer (Crevier) was pretty helpful and he told me to check out this site and he is right its great.
