Question about Mini Aero Kit front bumper

I noticed more often than not that the side areas from the center intake are body color and not black. Are there parts that you can choose to insert into this area to make it black or do you have to paint it black seperately from the body color?

I think I remember reading on here somewhere that the black is a sticker that can be applied over a body coloured area, so its optional - but you might want to do a search to confirm...

My MA told me that the black was just a decal, and since the price was $79 I left the area body color (LY).
