Wales Mini-Madness Rally Lights

Just wondering if anyone had fitted the Mini-Madness Rally Lights? http://www.mini-madness.com/index.as...PROD&ProdID=83 (4 lamp kit)
They quote a 3-4 hour install time. Is that about right?
What do people think about fitting the 4 lights on a Jet Black S Convertible with chrome exterior? Overkill perhaps?

Thoughts/comments would be appreciated.

I had four spotlights fitted to my old hardtop black S and I have now put them on my new convertible S, see what you think.

Looks good, one of the guys on newminiscotland.co.uk has it done on a Black S Convertable, the black and chrome go well together .

Re Spots

130mm Chrome spot lights (Pair)(Reference CL04211)
These beautiful lustrous chrome spot lamps look identical to the lights fitted to the new Mini but will also look in-keeping with almost any classic car. They are 130mm (5") diameter x 75mm (3") deep and require a fixing hole of 10mm (3/8"). They come complete with bulbs and wire tails ready to connect up.

Pair (Incl. VAT) £34.99 ...

That looks tremendous and they're so cheap too....looks like a bargain to me! Just need to find someone to fit them now...

Thanks for the links,

Do they block airflow? They look great and must light up the road like daylight, but I wonder if there is a downside...

A quick question, are these lights Cibie Tangos and have you had them long ????

I have the a New Mini Sport 4 lamp bar, however I find that the chrome plating seems to get pitted very quickly and then comes off, despite trying to keep them clean. However with the onset of winter it is difficult as the MINI is always outside

So I am looking at replacing them with some Cibie Tango lights or some that wont have the plating come of every 6 months or so
