Wink OEM Chrome line exterior help

I have a 2003 Cooper and am thinking I'd like to install the OEM chrome bezels for the foglights, front turn siganals and rear back up light. I wonder if this 2005 option will fit my 2003 MINI. Has anyone done this? Any idea on how they install (3m double sided tape)? Also, any idea on price and part numbers? Thanks for any help you can provide.
