Offline | Country rear badge I noticed quite a few people had those Union Jack rear badges. I'm also interested in getting a flag for the rear, but was wondering if any other countries are available. I don't know if this is considered a no-no, where it's supposed to be the country where the car was built, but I would love to have my national flag on there. so if anyone knows where I can get one would that would be great. price isn't too big a deal. oh yah, the country flag i want is Cambodia |

Offline | Originally they were all white ovals with two or three black letters to identify the country where the car was registered because the license plates in Europe and other countries didn't identify the country. They were required if you drove your car out of your home country. Now the registration plates carry more info and the ovals are more decorative with flags, etc. They are widely available through catalogs and the internet, try a Google search. |

Offline | i'm actually not talking about those weird lettery things, just a flag where the S in cooper S would be on the rear. Here's villa mini that has a union jack: I tried a google search but couldn't come up with anything. any idea what exactly to search? I tried things like.. rear badge cambodia.. rear badge flag. I only found one thing, but it was quite large and seemed awkward. Last edited by MINIAC : Dec 16th, 2004 at 05:52 PM. Reason: change image to clickable thumbnail |

Offline | Those badges are actually from cars built by MG in the UK, MG is part of the rover group which was formaly british leyland who made the classic minis. A few owners have bought these badges over the counter from the MG garages to put on there mini as a bit of a tribute i supose, i doubt u`ll find other countries ones ![]() |

Offline | lameness.... although I did see a few other sites having them simply as decals not related to the MG. But I guess I was just being hopeful when I thought they'd have a Cambodia one. Anyone have any ideas as to how to make one with some sort of vinyle sticker and some metal? |
