just wonder who has got the big spot light other than the factory one as i know they are really expensive . i was looking at a set of piaa i think 540 , has anyone got the got it on their mini or would u rather suggest another brand . at reasonable price

I know Mickyd has some aftermarket Hella's. Not sure of the model.

I think everyone else I have seen lately has the originals.

i've got the MINISport light bar with 4 spotties

i got mine form Mini Parts in Victoria

others have ordered direct from MINI Sport

Havn't they sorted that out for you yet??

You would think they'd be pretty keen to fix up any problems for a mini2.com regular like yourself. Doesn't say too much for their customer service.

I'm over there bu!!s**t and lies, telling me they have sent stuff in the mail only for me to find out 2 months later they never sent it at all but they would now send it straight away. It all became a total cluster fark. I even asked them to give me one good reason why I shouldn't publish the whole sorry saga on MINI2 and basically they couldn't.
They are STILL advertising things on there site as "Suitable all Models" when in fact they will only fit the Cooper. Even worse if you look at there silcone hoses it says on there site MINI Cooper S yet they only fit the MINI One and MINI Cooper.

So as far as I'm concerened they can go and eat s**t and howl at the moon.

Hi everyone. I get my Cooper S in Hyper Blue with black roof and black stripes in March and can't wait! I want to add on 4 spotlights and have my S-spokes coated black (going for the Italian Job look). If anyone has any suggestions on where I can get these done/fitted and approx price with fitting please let me know (I live in the Midlands and somewhere local would be great).

Also can anyone tell me whether the 4-spots will be illegal and if so why (BMW have said they are not allowed to fit them)?

I know I wont be ordering anything from them after your experience. Makes you wonder how some companies keep their doors open.

I'd say put the whole story up. Doesn't help you any, but atleast it might help others from getting burnt.

I'm waiting to see if I can get the balance of my money back first, or find out if as well as substituting inferior and cheaper parts they then go on to keep the balance of your money. Not a bad little earner .
