Tailgate handle replacement

Has anybody replaced thier tailgate handle? if so is it just the three screws underneath or do I have to take the interior pannel off.

Yeah, I've done it... just the three screws and a clip for the light that you will see when you get it loose. One of the easiest mods to do

Yep, it's one of those things that's very easy. How do I know that? Because I did it myself.

That's a pretty swish bonnet in your gallery Fontal. Is that going on your car?

Post some pics of your boot grip when you get a chance

With some new cars you'll need to remove the interior panel as the wire is cable tied to the inside and the last thing you want to do is pull to hard on the wire and damage it, as then you can't open your boot!

I've done it a few times. Just a few screws, then pull very hard on the handles (on the interior panel) and it pops off.
