Offline | Cooper S side skirts I'm intersted in putting these on my Cooper. Any idea on how much they are? I've heard they maybe fairly reasonable??? and how do you fit them?? Are they easy to fit??? Many thanks. |

Offline | Guess you got your answer then (fitting guides in the FAQ and DIY section). Try talking to your dealer to see if you can get some off an S with an Aero kit ordered, might be lucky and get them very cheap (free) as otherwise they're supposed to bin the parts. Or find out where their bin is. ![]() Our trials and tribulations living in a "bleeding edge" eco house... Oxley Woods Living |

Offline | I got mine for £40 off ebay - but I chickened out of doing it myself and handed it over to BMW who charged me £90 but that also included taking the tyres off my 5-stars and fitting my X-lites. Need to get rid of my Cooper S sill plates as my MINI is proud to be a Cooper! |

Offline | Shame they didn't swap the plates over, we did that on my old Cooper and my brother in laws, makes it all the more fitting on a Cooper. Our trials and tribulations living in a "bleeding edge" eco house... Oxley Woods Living |

Offline | They said the old plates were ruined once they had taken them off and couldn't be re-used, but I know from the step by step that you can re-use them if you are careful! Will order some when it goes in for its next modification (Aero spoiler) ![]() |

Offline | I guess that's the problem there, careful removal of old parts and car dealership don't always go hand in hand. Our trials and tribulations living in a "bleeding edge" eco house... Oxley Woods Living |
