I have had all the black plastic trim on my ONE colour coded and am looking to upgrade the rear and front bumpers. Just wondering if my xisting trim fits the MCS rear and front bumpers. Has anyone tried this?

yes

, you will need to take the plastic trims off the existing bumper and just clip them on the new rear bumper the front bumper fits straight on with no problems

I was thinking of putting MCS bumpers on my one. This might be a daft question... but what do you do about the exhaust?

use the trim thats on your standard cooper/one bumper its a straight swap
