Rear Mudflaps?

Does anyone have the genuine rear mudflaps on their car?

If so, do they help reduce the amount of crud thrown on to the tailgate and rear screen?

Won't fit the Aerokit rear bumper though.

I was going to fit them on my 04 MCS but after much checking around it seems that they would make very little difference. All the mud and crud on the back is caused by the MINI aerodynamics causing lots of turbulamce which seems to suck everything onto the back of the car
