I currently have an aero kit fitted on my mini cooper, but i think it would look better with the wheel arches the same colour as the body of the car i don't really like the black wheel arches it comes with. does anybody know how much it would cost to get this done? i am assuming the re fit at your local Mini dealer?

Plenty of threads on this topic if you search the forum. Cost does vary. I paid £450 at mini-design in Leeds. Dealers want way more....well, mine did!!!!

I love the look of painted wheel arches, but all the stone chips it produces just puts me off

My dealer quoted me about £500 to have it done though but I don't think that is right.

JCG said that they will only do it on Aero Kits so I guess you're ok, but if I wanted the job done properly, i'd need the Aero Kit plus the colour coding....the final quote was a LOT!

Havent had it donw myself, but seen a few that have and they do seem to do a good job

Have to agree with this, the stone chip think does put me off too

Taking my JCW S back to the main dealer at the weekend...they have quoted me £350 to remove all the trim....scotchbrite it...prime it....paint it....laquer it....gaurentee it... too good to be true but will let you know the result....and if any good the deaaler in question....North east area....
