How difficult is the installation?Any mods needed to either the grilles or bumper?

You should be ok with out modifying the bumper. A word of advice for removing the grill: you need pliers and a small slotted screw driver. Their are small metal nuts that hold the grill on. Turn those with the pliers while prying gently up on them with the screw driver. Otherwise, you will turn them and turn them, but they won't come off.
