I read on here somewhere that on '05 models, all you have to do to realign the headlights from UK to Europe settings is turn a wheel under the bonnet on each headlight.

However when I looked in the manual it says consult the dealer and use masking tape.. Anyone know the truth about if there is an easy way to do this?

I believe the July 04 xenons can be adjusted From within the (high voltage) enclosure -as such this needs to be done by the dealer. They cannot be adjusted by means of conventional taping etc.

Thanks for the help but i've got the new style halogens, can they be altered by the dealer as well or must you use tape?
