I recently ordered a Mini Cooper S (Chilli Red). I had intended on getting a sun roof however to attain some uniqueness I have decided to go with the Union Jack flag decal on the roof.

Does anyone have any comments on the quality of roof decals as I was at the dealer last week and was concerned that they may have a tendancy to peel off or bubble.

I have a related question:

Is it necessary to have a white roof for the UJ decal to look correct?

I will be getting a Pure silver S, and a white roof is not available.

I had the same concern about the sunroof with a roof decal.

If you check out the "Exterior Styling" area of the forum you'll find loads of threads on this subject.

Don't forget you can also use the site's excellent search engine. If a thread or post has the words your looking for, the search engine will find it.
