I'm taking off my old kick plates and fitting JCW ones.

The double sided tape has left a lot of residue on the door sill though - what is best for removing this? Alcohol? Paint Thinners?

Any ideas?

Yep, I was worried about paint damage too Max - will give that a shot............

Rub Blu-Tac along it... seriously it lifts of all sorts of stuff!!!

and totally safe on paint

I have 1 and a 1/4 done now - its the most boring job ever..............
