Hi, everyone. I'm picking up my Mini tomorrow morning. It's all black (I'm a low-key kinda guy ;o] ).

I wanted something not too 'out there' for a roof graphic but all the flags in the Mini Motoring Accessories 2005 catalog (p. 24) are too 'too' for me.

Does anyone know where to get the roof graphic that appears in the picture below? It appears to be on a dark silver MCS with a black roof (I say this because the spoiler is black). Can this be applied to a Mini with a sunroof if cut carefully? Thanks to anyone with any info.

was tolded by the dealer you can but not in whole so seemed pointless bothering

wanted to do something with my roof but had the same problem as you a sunroof

That is from Cooperflags, a MINI2 sponsor. It's available with matching bonnet and boot stripes too.

The roof flag in the picture was a dealer option & it is a Dark Silver MCS with a Black roof. How do I know

Thanks, guys, for the replies. I'll have to bring one of those pictures to my dealer and see if they have that graphic, and if they'll put it on a roof with a sunroof.

That is exactly what my car would look like with the graphic. I like it.

April, I just went to the cooperflags site. The silver union jack is only shown to cover the sunroof, not the whole roof. You guys that have the whole roof cover, what were your buying experiences at the time? Was there a choice? I guess I'll have to send cooperflags an email and ask if they make the graphic to cover the whole roof anymore.

A good installer can do it for you, even with a sunroof

. Here are a couple pictures of my custom roof graphic, which was made by Cooper Flags last year (it is the non-perforated material so it blocks almost all light but I can still open the sunroof):

Hmm, thanks, I hadn't thought of that. I have to decide if I want to lose the 'sunglasses' effect of the closed sunroof.

If you mean about ordering the graphic, I'm not sure I want to cover up the tinted glass sunroof. I usually take a while to make up my mind about things.

the black of the graphic is made up by roof colour and the black tinted sunroof glass, so still allows light thru
