Aftermarket plug for rear fog lamp hole?

Does anybody know of a better looking plug to fill the hole for the rear fog lamp? If it were body colored, I think it would blend right in and make it unnoticable.

I'm speccing an order for a MCSC. I can order the rear fog lamp to make it look better, but it would be little more than a $100 ornament because we rarely get fog in my local area.

You could just buy the lamp for the rear bumper ($25).
It looks better than the black insert.
And if you ever wanted to, you could install the switch panel and have the dealer turn them on at some other time.

ditto getting the lamp only. And depending on your color, you could cover the lamp with colored film to match your body color. Hardly noticable.

After exchange and stuff, in Canada, the foglight itself is $41CDN. Installed by the dealer. A lot of money for just a cover. But in line with the Chrome bits people would buy to cover other stuff. I was hoping somebody out there sells just a reflector that would do the same trick and hoping it would cost way less.

Anybody out there sell just a reflector that would do the same thing?

How much to buy the part and do it yourself? It is super simple. Will they sell you just the part? Or is it the same price either way?

Actually no....the install, if no wiring was required was going to be a five minute thing and the dealer was going to do it with the oil change.

That was actually the price for just the part.
