I noticed a pretty sizeable chip out of my hood scoop - I know it's going to happen - it's a car and I drive it.

Anyhow - wondering if I can just buy a replacement rather than mess with painting the chip? I don't really want chrome or carbon fiber - just Chilli Red like it is.

Any thoughts or ideas on price???

You can get them easily enough direct from BMW / MINI dealers .
They come finished in grey primer for around £40-, so I guess you`ve got to get a couple of cans of Paint to finish it off

You can also buy them pre painted for approx £80, I got one for a customer - black for his pepper
