Is there a grid at the end of the aero side skirt?

I just had my sideskirts mounted by the dealer and I see two little holes at the end of the aero side skirt. I suspect the dealer forgot to put a black grid/roster in there. Is this the case of is it completely open so you can see the rear tire? He's sorting it out now but I would like to know for sure a.s.a.p.

I just had a look at 21 personal gallery pages of earo kits but because the grid probably black I can't see it on any picture, but I can't see the two little holes either. I also did a search here but nothing came up. Thx

There should be a grille - it has to be ordered seperately from the skirt.........

Would be interested in seeing pics of your car with the standard bumpers and Aero skirts if you get a chance

I'll be happy to take some pics, I am just in the process of fitting the black aero grille in the standard bumper, nearly finished. If you PM me with your email and angles you want the pictures taken, I can send you some high res ones.

Thx all, probably my English that I couldn't find it, I just ordered the two grille, they should have told me when I ordered the skirts.

The grills have to be fitted before you fit the skirts
Unfortunately this means you'll have to remove the skirts again to fit the grills, so then you'll need new clips too

That will be the third time they have to fit the skirts, the first time they didn't get the color right. They solved that for free (I had a BMW 1-series for three days, nice but slow). I assume they will solve this for free too, how am I to know that this has to be ordered seperately, it's their expertise. I just ordered the side skirts fitted. We'll see. Thx.

Just to be complete, the dealer fitted the grills afterwards without removing the skirt, you can reach it easily from the front and back to click them in place. Someone who did it before had them fitted within the minute.

Good to hear they managed it without having to remove them again
