Offline | Cool New Electric Wing Mirrors Hi everyone Does anyone know anything about fitting the electric wing mirrors from Cool New mini. How hard it is? Does it require cutting into the loom etc? |

| Trained Monkey | If you mean retractable mirrors, then www.newministuff.co.uk offer a fitting kit (and I think guide), they can also fit them up so they work on remote control (which they do not do by default). | Trained Monkey | That's what newministuff sell, the whole thing with mirrors included. See here for their options: http://www.newministuff.com/new/shop...ductshow&id=40 Mikey's very well regarded around here, if you're not sure, contact him for advice via his site. Hope that helps. | Remember | I have seen Mikey's set up its excellent, probably better than the factory one. As for using Cool New, well I would have a search on them through the forums, before even considering to buy anything, sure the feedback will help you to decide ![]() The only problem I have is knowing which one to drive? ![]() |

Offline | Ermmmm! I have spoken to the guys in Formby and it will take 5 hours to fit the electric mirrors. This weekend Mikey is off to a meet in his demo car, so this Friday/Saturday he can't fit them. Hey ho, suppose i will have to wait. He can't do it on any Saturday because he closes at Midday so it's a week day job. Just so people know!!!!! I will stil be getting it done though by new mini stuff. I will give you my verdict in about two weeks. ![]() |
