Offline | That is very indeed Cooper S Ire. If we did not go for the Aero grill, I would have gone with either all body color or all black. Problem was, it would have required a lot more work and skill than I was able to give it. The Aero grill was a PITA as it was. Looks excellent. I might have to try it on the headlight surrounds now. Body coler? or black? Hmmmm Dain |

Offline | Couldn't figure out if mine fit in the available poll, but I've got dark silver painted slats with the stock chrome trim surround: ![]() Thanks to Jamie and Jennifer at South Bay MINI in Torrance, CA for the painted slats! _Dave_ |

Offline | Well, they're not Vipers, and they're not matte, but more of a satin finish. They're custom-ordered from Cooper Flags in Dark SIlver (Matches the MINI color very well.) They look different in differing light, and I agree that shiny things in the driver's field of vision are bad - so far no reflections off these that interefered with driviing visibilty. More pics in my SCMM and NAM galleries. _Dave_ |
