which one do you like best on an MCS' grill?


black, silver (titanium trim), chrome or the stock one ( body colored)???? (the 3 slat grill of the mcs... not the aero grill)

Body color and chrome appeals to me. I think black could look good on certain color combinations.

Would be interesting to see some pics.

That is very indeed Cooper S Ire. If we did not go for the Aero grill, I would have gone with either all body color or all black. Problem was, it would have required a lot more work and skill than I was able to give it. The Aero grill was a PITA as it was.

Looks excellent. I might have to try it on the headlight surrounds now. Body coler? or black? Hmmmm

Couldn't figure out if mine fit in the available poll, but I've got dark silver painted slats with the stock chrome trim surround:

are those viper stripes mat? I've been looking for mat black stripes, where did you get them? bonnet stripes were always meant to be mat, to prevent glare from hitting the driver's eyes!

Well, they're not Vipers, and they're not matte, but more of a satin finish. They're custom-ordered from Cooper Flags in Dark SIlver (Matches the MINI color very well.) They look different in differing light, and I agree that shiny things in the driver's field of vision are bad - so far no reflections off these that interefered with driviing visibilty.

hmmm... that looks very nice... that might fall in the silver titanium grill slats.. nice mini!
