| MINI2 Newbie | Building a Mini - What's the difference?? So I'm building a Mini Cooper S online and I'm wondering what is the difference between the Chrome Line Exterior package with the chrome mirror caps (under Details on the 1st step) and the Chrome Grille and the Chrome Exterior Mirrors (under the 5th step in Accessories) ? Are they both the same thing just differently priced? I am quite confused. Please help me out before I order my Mini. Thank you in advanced! |

Offline | Accessories must be purchased from the dealer and their prices DO NOT include any labor charges to install them. Most dealers charge at least $100 per hour for labor. Do you want to pay the dealer $220 plus labor to install chrome mirror caps and a chrome grille or do you want to pay $250 for the factory fitted Chrome Line Exterior option (which also includes a chrome rear hatch handle) ![]() |

| MINI2 Newbie | Ok thank you! That explains a lot more. I was wondering because buying them seperately in the accessories section is cheaper than the actual package. SO....I'm defintely going to get the Package. Thank you very much. I can't wait to order my Mini!! |
