Oh yeah. The Driving lights are WAY to huge but the little XENON DE FOG is small but its 5" long and I think that would stick way to far out

Look like the car has some binoculars on!

The link you gave is for DRIVING lights not fogs. Xenon is great for driving lights but the color of the xenon is too glarey for a fog. You would be better off with a yellow light for reduced glare form fog, snow or rain.
