Knocking noise from engine on MCS

Noticed this tonight on my 04 MCS (12000 miles) whilst showing the car to my brother (engine running whilst standing outside the car). Seems to be just whilst it was ticking over, as soon as revs were applied the noise goes. Any ideas???

It's booked in for Sytners to look at the steering (clunking noise) on Weds morning, should I get them to look at this too?

All fixed, just had the fan belt changed at Sytner Leicester - good service for once.
