United-Kingdom warranty

Hi all

Got a question i need answering if anyone can help... Went to my dealer on Thursday for a fault with my A/C , The dealer stated because i de-cated my exhaust system that they will not work on any part of my car.. Can they do this? And is the Exhaust system covered by the warranty any way or is it a wear & tear item??

Thanks in advance

Mark

You should try another dealer. My current dealer never complained about suspension, air intake mods I've done - while other dealers I went to for small stuff did.
Exhausts have been known to be replaced under warranty for rusty fixes or premature rusting/fabric problems.
Good luck, hope you get it sorted with an other dealer.

seems the norm under most dealers..

however some are prepared to take the warranty work without being as picky.

sorry if this is a bit o/t, but generally, are power-steering issues part of warranty?
