The exhaust on my Dec 02 Cooper S needs to be replaced and I have been offered an unused exhaust off an 04 Cooper S. Does anyone know whether or not there are likely to be any differences.

the hanger brackets on the later exhaust are at 90 degrees to the early ones but if your original ones are ok they can be used,if not buy them from the dealers hth

Yes it's reassuring am thinking of buying a 04 unused exhaust to replace mine which is failing and been quoted £1100 plus labour for new!
