England Water leak into drivers side

Hi guys, great site.

My other half has a 53 Cooper hard top.

The carpets are soaking in the front and rear on the drivers side. There is clearly a water leak somewhere, my suspicions being the windscreen or a grommet. I've tried pulling the carpet up to see if I can see where its possible getting in, but I can't get the accelerator pedal box out (don't hane the right tool to undo the screws).

I was hoping somebody on here have had this before and could give me possible causes to look for.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Jim

Hi Spanners - I have the same issue. I have a wet roof aswell. I have been told there is an issue with the A pillar gromet. Did you get yours resolved?
