Hi guys,

just a few quick questions about the fact of some warranty work my MCS is going in for, and I have just fitted my milltek....

Now am pretty sure that the problems I have is nothing to do with the exhaust but if anyone knows of any way it could be related or any problems I may encounter with BMW being fussy......

I have this really strange problem that whenever I turn off my head lights, the boot pops itself open, its really odd!!!

but also my airbag light is permanently on as well. now both of these issues have been there since before I fitted my Milltek but am wondering....

1) if anybody knows what may be causing the boot thing or the airbag light

&

2) if anybody can think of any way in which BMW may be funny with me regarding the fact I have the milltek fitted??

When lights are being turning off and the the boot opens would be an electrical fault to me.

Airbag ight would mean there is a fault with the aribag system. This would likely be a cable underneith the seats thats become detached sightly when moving seats forwards/backwards. However could be as big as an airbag problem.

My O3 Cooper S did the same thing some time ago. The boot clicked open when the headlights were turned on an off. The dealers replaced some type of electrical relay I think and it sorted the problem out.
