Hey I'm thinking of buying a coper s I've got around 9000-9500 was wondering if theres anything (faults etc ) i should be looking out for and how the cars age being a BMW thanks patmy

hey welcome to the forum

i bought a cooper s last summer for 9,500 got an 02reg with 45,000 on clock and so far i have had new brake pads and discs plus a new clutch. So if i were you id make sure you have a good warranty service in place.

For 9,000 your not going to be getting anything much newer than a 53 reg which will probably have about 40-50k on the clock so watch out for wear and tear, rattles and squeaks are a common theme.
