Windows Steaming Up!

Hi all,
Got my mini last night! ...But as i was driving about today i noticed the windows were very quick to steam up. Not so much the front and back but the side windows just wouldn't clear, even with the fans on full pelt!!.

Is this a comon problem? The Mini was valet cleaned last week but does not feel or look damp inside at all and theres nothing inside the car that can cause the steaming up.

Any advice would be great.

Sy

If you have air-con use this with the heater. The air-con dries the air then it goes over the
heater element to warm it. Once it is damp inside a car it can take a lot of drying out as the
air coming in also has water in it. You can also use an anti-mist product on the windows.
See the AutoExpress web site for a test of rival brands.

but smile when you shove them down the stairs

I had this problem when i first picked my car up from dealer as they had used lots of cleaning products inside and on the seats.

I had a few runs out with the windows down and fans on high to help get rid of it.

I also use the RainX anti-fog now which works well
