Hey people

i got this strange noise coming from my 02 mini cooper s when i go over uneven surfaces, sounds like an empty plastic bottle being hit on tarmac (best way to describe it) i took it to the dealer about 3 months ago and they couldn't find anything, its got a lot worse since. The car is rattling alot more as well, im used to a bit of rattling but its if the car has no form of shock resistance????????

Could it be the suspension springs, or the bushes, (i'm not technical so i have no idea)

oh yeah its coming from the front,

Anyone else had much problems with the suspension, im saving for my aero kit, so im hoping this won't be an expensive fix.

I'm considering taking it to lohen to let them have a look.

Definately sounds like a bush is gone.

We have a bunch of suspension shops around here that do free suspension inspections... if you have one near you that offers this service, perhaps take it there.
