When I lock my doors with the remote, they immediately unlock themselves. Also, if I use the key to auto-close the windows and sunroof, it now just clicks a couple of times and I have to close everything manually. Anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it?

Ummmm.

Forgive me for stating the obvious (although it wasn't obvious to me for the first hour of frustration). You've found "both" buttons on the key I take it ?

Assuming you've listened to basil, and know how to use the plip key:-
On your first point - for whatever reason, the car 'thinks' that everything is not closed properly.
If it detects a half shut door or tailgate then it does exactly what you have described. The same is true if the car 'thinks' a key is still in the ignition.
As for your second point - assuming you mean the key is in the lock, then it's just further indication that there is a problem. If you are trying to auto close/lock every via remote then it sounds like you could be popping the boot instead, but surely you're not!!

I suspect door/boot latch trouble, but as ever it could be anything.

Make double sure everything is closed properly and try again. If you get no luck you'll need to see your dealer.

Everything seems to be working correctly right now, and YES, BASIL, I am aware that there are two buttons on the key! I'm hoping that maybe the boot wasn't properly closed, although I'm sure I double-checked that possibility. I did, however, recently have my dealer make some adjustments to the boot latch to correct a slight rattle.
