MINI2

Firstly hello to all members as this is my first post and i need some help from you well educated Mini lovers.
The missus has a 2003 Mini 1 and the passenger window has stopped working. Now i have read all the previous treads and tried hitting the door panel above the speaker and button reset but nothing so i have decided to fit a new motor. This is where i need the help.

I managed to get the door card off without any trouble which was a suprise, but now after 3 hours of looking i can't get the motor out. I'm sure there is a simple procedure so if anyone can help with this information or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated, as the car is in pieces and the missus isn't HAPPY

ekkk, no warrenty?? i just got both my motors replaced by the dealer when the passenger side went. the bump method does work, takes a little finess. Well my suggestion, take it to the dealer or worst case, to someone who knows what they are doing. You don't want a loud wistling noise once you pass 120KPH.

I got the driver's window motor replaced. Imagine that happened to me during holidays, I couldn't park my car anywhere, I waited till the holidays got over, then I took it to the dealer. I guess its a common problem with the MINIs.
