Offline |  Cruise Control Slow To Respond? As the subject states - Has anybody noticed the cruise control is slow to respond when just starting up a hill? The car actually slows down (between 3-7MPH) then catches up as you climb. It also goes about 3-7MPH too high when just getting over a hill then slows back down. Offline | Yup. I have a Cooper S as well and th response pattern is the same. Incidentally, the cruise control on my BMW does something similar though not as bad but it does slow down on an uphill and then surges forward. '03 Cooper S |
