warranty expired-now where?

quick opinion poll, i guess.
my warranty is up, and i've recently had a drop in my coolant levels. since it's time to flush the system, i figured 'd just go get it done, but the BMW/ MINI shop recommended to me isn't going to be able to get me my car back quickly. So I was gonna take it somewhere less specialized, figuring it's just a coolant flush. I don't want to run a stupid risk though...does anyone here go to a basic shop when it comes time to basic things?

If you post where you're located maybe someone could recommend an independent shop.

i'm in austin, tx, usa. i've had a few shops suggested to me. i gues more or less i was wondering about getting oil changes and basics at a non specialized shop, but i'll probaly just stick with a foreign car specialist.
