Canada overheating!!

Had my 03 S in for service, they added anti frezze? drove 60 km car overheated.Went back to dealer next day and they said thermostat.OK change it! on run up,oops no circulation must be water pump they said.Changed that oops not pump must be supercharger internal probs not driving WP.they saidGet your selves sorted said I and let me and my extended warranty guy know.Has anyone had similar problems and was any of it covered by BMW??Car has only 87.000 kms and a bit always dealer serviced. Not happy about this getting pricey now??Need help quick. Are any electrics involved that could have been altered when they reset the service counter. They have had the car 4 days now and no sign of its return yet.
