| MINI2 Senior | "Tink" noise from engine? My car is the following spec: GTT210, Milltek catback and GRS I/C, although this noise was there before the GRS. The noise seems to be coming from either the block or around the oil filter. On tick over the tink noise happens about every 2-3 seconds. If I play with the clutch as if I'm about to stull the car the noise seems to be alot louder, i can also here it in 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th gear when putting my foot down in low revs when the car is under load. Any ideas? Cheers George |
