Angry Rattling... and problems

Hi, I seem to have a lot of rattling problems....and the ride seems to be bumpy...for every little holes or bumps I drive over, I hear a lot of sounds....is that same for all the mini owners out there? I got a 2006 MCS about 15,000 mileage... ... ride is so bumpy...what should I do? anybody has any solution??? I would appreciate it. thanx a lot.

Sounds normal to me... rattles can be fixed by the dealer under warranty. If you want a soft ride its not easy on the MCS unless you use big sidewall soft standard road tyres. Even changing to standard road tyres will make quite a difference alone.

Welcome to the wonderful noisy world of MINI ownership.
As already suggested dump the runflat tyres and get normal softer tyres it makes a huge difference!
As for the rattles, find them one by one and dependant on what they are then you can usually sort with a bit of felt packing or a spray of lub.
Enjoy!

I wouldn't go to the dealers for tyres as they will be expensive, any fitting bay will sort you out and advise you on what tyres will suit your needs and no you dont need new rims they will accept non runflats.
