hey there wondering if anyone can help my 52 cooper is making a swishing noise almost like the grinding of brake pads but not as harsh sounds like the noise is comming from the wheels, the other problem is when my handbrake is off the car cant me rolled forward or back

could these be related???

has anyone else had this problem or could know what it is?
please help ,

Check for siezed calipers on rear brakes.

way!! cheers capaisin got the mechanic out today and that was the fault thanks tho
