Here's what I would suggest...
  1. Find a shovel.
  2. Find the person who did this.
  3. Ensure the shovel connects with the head of the person who did this.
Unfortunately, I've got no idea how to get into the boot itself. So you'll have to think of some other way of transporting the body.

Good luck,
Andrew.

How very strange, it is just her way of telling you not to let the kids slam her boot lid shut again?

Sorry have no serious help to offer but just wanted to say "Hi fellow black Works owner !!"

Hi Dawn

have you tried the emergency release handle? This is under the rear seat squab - just looks like a cable with a round pull on the end. Pull it and the boot should release.

Mines had exactly the same problem today. The Same story, the release function was popping when the car was started up and even when driving.

Im going to have a proper look at it tomorrow.

Let me know how you get on!

Thanks

My friend had a look last night and was baffled (he did show me where the emergency release was tho ) and i was all ready to phone the dealers this morning, and, i got the car out the garage, tried the boot, and it opened !, tried at least 5 more times since then and no probs, i will be keeping an eye on it tho
