Has anyone else found the exterior door latches to be a bit stiff at times? I've seen me having to use 2 hands to compress the latch.

Mine was catching last week but it went away on its own not sure what it was or how it fixed it self.

Had the same problem - a quick squirt of WD40 around the catch mechanism did the trick
