Have they considered checking the wheel alignment and wheel balance as well?

Let me guess, you can coast in gear on a totally flat lane (no incline or crown), take your hands off the steering wheel and it slowly moves to the right. Under acceleration, the car pulls to the right and in a couple of seconds you are in the right lane. When shifting, you always have to correct the car by slightly turning left.

Had the very same problem on my Chili Cooper. Dealer checked the alignment and everything was up to spec. They rotated the tires and it helped a little. Next move was to change the struts, no difference. That and the engine stumble w/ AC on is why I no longer have the car and picked up a new S today!

Unhappy Right pull...

WENZOR007,

Have you always had a right pull (even if a light pull)?

I just noticed it this morning, it felt like I was exerting just a touch too much pressure to keep the car going straight so I took my hands off the wheel and my MINI gradually moved to the right. Almost more of a drift than a pull, but definantely there just the same. Tested it on different roads, speeds, etc, still there. This is new. I've tested for a pull (thinking left of course) before and found nothing. Car has about 3500 miles on it. Hopefully it is just the alignment being a bit off.

I assume you double checked tire pressures? to make sure they are correct for both sides

Did you ask the dealership to do a KDS check? What about getting the modified front suspension? Did you ask
